What is a Panchanga Yoga?

Panchanga Yoga is one of the five limbs (Pancha Anga) of the Hindu calendar. There are 27 Yogas in a cycle, each spanning 13°20′. A Yoga is calculated by adding the longitudes of the Sun and Moon and dividing the sum by 13°20′.

9 of the 27 Yogas are considered inauspicious: Vishkambha, Atiganda, Shoola, Ganda, Vyaghata, Vajra, Vyatipata, Parigha, and Vaidhriti. The remaining 18 Yogas are broadly auspicious, with some being especially favoured for ceremonies.

How is Panchanga Yoga different from Yoga in the context of exercises?
